Check your city in Settings → Location. If you're traveling, update it manually.
Karaoke mode isn't following my voice.
Allow microphone access in iOS Settings. Test in a quiet room. Recognition is local, offline.
My synagogue's schedule is wrong.
Write to communities@kehila.ai. We update within 48 hours after confirming with the rabbi.
I want to delete my account.
Settings → Account → Delete my account. Irreversible deletion within 24 hours.
The app crashes on launch.
Restart your device. If the issue persists, open a ticket with your iOS model and app version.
